It is never too old to accomplish your dream.
This has been on my mind lately.
I mean, I am only 23 --- but sometimes I feel like my dream is slowly slipping away from me.
I know, I know -- If I had a dollar for every time people told me I am still young and the world is at my fingertips and I have time, I would be rolling in the $$$ by now! hehehe
Life just flies by, and why would we want to waste it?
I received an email this week that had this quote in it:
Let's be honest here, sometimes we as humans... get lazy.
I can admit it about myself.
I have a dream, but sometimes I get lazy when it comes to what it takes to actually make it to my dream.
So here I am to be motivational.
To motivate myself and to motivate YOU!
We are here for a purpose and we just have to find that purpose.
No matter how old you are -- whether 18 or 58 -- what are you waiting for?
&& I have the perfect example.
Hope's was once a dream.
I know Hope personally, and I remember the day that she said she wanted to open up a clothing store.
It was something that had been on her mind for awhile, and after much deliberation and thought, she took the leap.
Dreams are definitely a leap.
We have all heard the phrase...
&& that is so true.
So Hope took the leap. She started something of her own.
That was over 6 years ago.
And look where Hope's is today!
One dream has turned into something even more than we could ever imagine.
&& the best clothes in all of the land! ;)
Hope's is a true example that it is never too late to follow your dreams.
So not matter what your dream is, big or small, no matter how much it scares you -- just go for it!
What do you have to lose?
And no matter how many times you are turned down or told the word NO, don't let it discourage you.
Do something today that your future self will thank you for.
You may surprise yourself!
Open up that clothing store, move to that new place, run for president!
I truly believe that anything and everything is possible.
You just have to put yourself out there!
I hope all of you have a fabulous week!
And I hope you all do something that scares you today!
